My paintings are explorations into different ways of thinking and questioning. The viewer is asked to place themselves within the narrative of the painting to find answers. My paintings relate to bigger ideas and narratives as well as the viewers place within them. Some of my work is verging on surreal, however, I want to also have components of social, cultural, and emotional ties to the imagery and the story as a whole.
